Welcome to Lion Travels. By booking a taxi or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.
1. General Terms
By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Booking and Confirmation
- All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized representatives.
- Booking confirmation is subject to vehicle and driver availability.
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings in case of unavoidable circumstances.
3. Payments
- All fares are displayed clearly during booking and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Payment can be made through cash, online transfer, or any accepted digital mode.
- In case of advance payments, customers must ensure successful transaction confirmation.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Customers may cancel a booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- Refunds will be processed as per our company’s refund policy and may take 3–5 business days.
- No refund is applicable for cancellations made less than 2 hours before pickup time.
5. Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers must provide accurate details during booking (pickup/drop location, time, contact number, etc.).
- Any loss or damage caused to the vehicle during the ride will be the passenger’s responsibility.
- Passengers should maintain decorum and avoid any unlawful or unsafe activities during travel.
6. Driver & Vehicle Policy
- All Lion Travels drivers are verified and authorized professionals.
- Vehicles undergo regular maintenance and safety inspections.
- Lion Travels is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or external factors beyond our control.
7. Liability
Lion Travels will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We are committed to providing the best travel experience but cannot guarantee circumstances beyond our control.
8. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users are encouraged to check this page periodically for the latest version.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
